With over 20 years experience in senior digital marketing roles, Simon Harvey is well-versed in the challenges associated with delivering integrated marketing programmes. His passions are marketing and technology and in recent years, the merger of those two traditionally separate areas has given him plenty to get excited about. When not talking with clients about their strategy or market positioning, Simon can often be found dabbling within Eloqua and SharpSpring or talking with clients about creative ways to engage with prospects through automated marketing campaigns.
Joël Puznava is Business Unit Manager for Marketing Cloud at Riverland Reply, an Oracle Premium Partner. He is working since more than 6 years in Marketing Automation field and is an expert in Lead Management und Customer Journey. Joël Puznava has over 20 year experience in digital business acquired in different major companies in France and Germany. Throughout his career, he also worked for many customers in Switzerland. Especially in the field of marketing automation, he successfully conducted projects for companies such as Nestlé, Swiss Post Solutions, Kistler or Mettler Toledo.
Markus Steinbach works as COO for Silbury IT Solutions Switzerland, an Oracle Platinum partner, and leads several WebCenter Sites Content Management projects. During his carreer he worked as a consultant for several web agencies and beside that also for various companies. Most recently, he was project leader of the web site relaunch for the biggest health insurance company of Switzerland. His main interests are Content Marketing and the integration of the web site into the customer-journey based marketing automation campaigns.
Prof. Martina Dalla Vecchia is head of certificate courses (CAS, DAS) and lecturer for Internet Business and Online Marketing at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland in Basel. E-Commerce, business trends and internet strategies are among her core competences.
